1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
2. Information We Collect
Our apps may collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: When you create an account with our Services, we collect and store your email address, password (stored in encrypted/hashed form), name, and optionally your profile picture. This information is stored on our secure servers hosted by third-party cloud infrastructure providers.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data to help improve app functionality and user experience.
- Device Information: We may collect general device information such as device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for compatibility and analytics purposes.
- User-Provided Data: Some apps allow you to input and store data locally on your device or on our servers. Data stored on our servers may include app-specific content, preferences, and user-generated content associated with your account.
- Financial Data: If you choose to connect financial accounts through third-party services such as Plaid, those services will collect and process your financial data according to their own privacy policies. We do not store your bank login credentials.
- Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of purchases but do not have access to your payment card details.
- Advertising Data: Some of our apps display advertisements. Our advertising partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
- Communication Preferences: If you opt in to receive marketing communications, newsletters, or promotional emails, we store your email address and communication preferences to send you updates about our Services, new features, and promotional offers.
3. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure
Our Services integrate with various third-party services and rely on third-party infrastructure providers. These services operate independently and have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties. Third-party services include but are not limited to:
- Cloud Infrastructure Providers: We use third-party cloud hosting services (including but not limited to Railway, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar providers) to store and process your account data and user-generated content. These providers maintain their own security practices and policies.
- Plaid Inc.: For bank account connectivity and financial data aggregation. By using Plaid-enabled features, you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy available at https://plaid.com/legal/
- Apple Inc.: For App Store distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, iCloud, and Game Center. Apple's privacy policy is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements in our apps. Google may collect device identifiers, usage data, and other information for ad targeting and analytics purposes. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Email Service Providers: If you opt in to receive communications from us, we may use third-party email service providers to deliver newsletters, updates, and promotional content.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
4. Financial Services Disclaimer
Certain apps may provide features that connect to your bank accounts or display financial information. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not a bank, financial institution, or financial advisor. Our apps are tools for personal finance management only.
- We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Any financial decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
- Financial data displayed in our apps is provided by third-party services and may not be accurate, complete, or current. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any financial data.
- We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in syncing financial data from your financial institutions.
- You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all financial information and transactions.
- We are not liable for any financial losses, missed payments, overdrafts, or other damages resulting from reliance on information displayed in our apps.
- Connection to financial accounts is provided through Plaid. Any issues with account connectivity, data accuracy, or data security related to Plaid are governed by Plaid's terms and policies.
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases and subscription services. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
- We do not offer refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through their standard refund process.
- Prices are subject to change. We will provide notice of price changes in accordance with App Store policies.
- Premium features are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue premium features at any time.
- If premium features are unavailable due to bugs, server issues, or other technical problems, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription. We are not liable for any subscription fees paid during periods of service interruption.
6. Advertisements
Some of our apps display third-party advertisements. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed in our apps.
- We do not endorse any products, services, or companies advertised in our apps.
- Clicking on advertisements may direct you to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties.
- Advertising networks may collect data about your device and usage for ad targeting purposes. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from your interaction with advertisements or advertised products and services.
7. Software Bugs and Service Interruptions
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Our apps are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, errors, or defects.
- We do not guarantee that our apps will function without interruption, errors, or bugs.
- Features may not work as expected, may produce incorrect results, or may be temporarily or permanently unavailable.
- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience caused by bugs, errors, crashes, data corruption, or service interruptions.
- We will endeavor to fix reported bugs in a timely manner, but we make no guarantees regarding the timing or implementation of bug fixes.
- Updates to our apps may introduce new bugs or remove features. We are not obligated to maintain any specific functionality.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any important data. We are not responsible for data loss.
8. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH STORING DATA ON INTERNET-CONNECTED SERVERS. You acknowledge and agree that:
- Some app data is stored locally on your device, while other data (including but not limited to account information, emails, passwords, names, profile pictures, and user-generated content) may be stored on our servers hosted by third-party cloud infrastructure providers.
- Passwords are stored using industry-standard encryption and hashing methods; however, no security measure is infallible.
- Data transmitted to and stored on third-party services and infrastructure is governed by those services' security practices.
- We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your data resulting from device theft, malware, or other security breaches on your device.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DATA BREACHES, SECURITY INCIDENTS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR DATA THEFT AFFECTING OUR SERVERS OR THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR ORIGIN OF SUCH INCIDENTS.
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR DESTRUCTION OF YOUR DATA, WHETHER DUE TO TECHNICAL FAILURES, HUMAN ERROR, MALICIOUS ATTACKS, NATURAL DISASTERS, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, accounts, and login credentials.
- You use strong, unique passwords and take appropriate measures to protect your account credentials.
- We strongly recommend that you maintain your own backups of any important data stored in our Services.
9. Email Communications and Marketing
By opting in to receive email communications from us, you agree to the following:
- We may send you newsletters, product updates, new feature announcements, promotional offers, and other marketing communications.
- Your email address will be stored in our systems and may be processed by third-party email service providers.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

WE DO NOT SELL, TRADE, OR RENT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES FOR THEIR MARKETING OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:
- With third-party services and infrastructure providers necessary to provide app functionality and host our Services (as described in Section 3).
- With email service providers to deliver communications you have opted in to receive.
- Anonymous, aggregated data for analytical purposes that cannot be used to identify you.

- To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or others.

- Delete local app data by uninstalling the application.

- Opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
- Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT OR DATA PROVIDED THROUGH OUR SERVICES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR DATA WILL BE SECURE, PROTECTED FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, OR FREE FROM LOSS OR CORRUPTION. YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REDLINE STUDIOS, ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to use our Services.
- Any bugs, errors, crashes, or malfunctions in our apps.
- Any loss of data, whether stored locally or transmitted to our servers or third-party services.
- ANY DATA BREACHES, HACKING, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, SECURITY INCIDENTS, OR CYBERATTACKS AFFECTING OUR SERVICES, SERVERS, OR THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE.
- ANY EXPOSURE, THEFT, OR MISUSE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, PASSWORD, NAME, OR PROFILE PICTURE, RESULTING FROM SECURITY INCIDENTS.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in financial data or other content.
- Any financial losses, missed payments, overdrafts, or other monetary damages.
- Any actions or omissions of third-party service providers or infrastructure providers.
- Any content or conduct of any third party on or through our Services.
- Any advertisements or third-party products and services.
- Any interruption or cessation of our Services.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
- Any failure of our security measures, encryption, or data protection systems.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Redline Studios and its developers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of our Services; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (e) any content or data you submit or transmit through our Services; or (f) any claims arising from data breaches, security incidents, or unauthorized access to your account or data.
15. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We may also retain and use your data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After account deletion, some data may be retained in backup systems for a limited period before being permanently deleted.
16. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
19. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Redline Studios regarding your use of our Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
20. Acknowledgment of Risk
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- You understand that providing personal information (including email addresses, passwords, names, and profile pictures) to any online service carries inherent risks.
- You accept full responsibility for your decision to create an account and provide personal information to our Services.
- You understand that no online service can guarantee absolute security, and data breaches, hacking, and unauthorized access are unforeseen conditions that can affect any service.
- You agree that Redline Studios cannot under any circumstances be held liable for data breaches, security incidents, or any resulting damages, regardless of the cause.
- You have read and understood this entire Agreement and voluntarily agree to be bound by all its terms.
